Tark Richard Aouadi, Esq. is a native of Florida with over 15 years of experience in practice of civil litigation, immigration, and business law. Mr. Aouadi holds a Jurist Doctorate with a focus on International Law from Howard School of Law in Washington, DC, and a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Multinational Business, with a minor in Middle Eastern Studies from The Florida State University in Tallahassee, FL.  He also holds a certificate in Modern Standard and Colloquial Arabic from the American University in Cairo, Egypt.

While in law school and waiting to take the Florida Bar, Mr. Aouadi worked on substantive legislative issues while interning in the 107th session of the United States Congress and for the American Arab Anti-Discrimination Committee (ADC).  After law school, Mr. Aouadi served as a contractor for the United States Department of Justice, Civil Rights, Special Litigations Section in Washington, DC.  In that capacity, he assisted in investigating local and state prisons and jails, policing agencies, and mental health facilities ensuring compliance with Federal Civil Rights, and Religious freedom laws.  He entered private practice in 2003 and has assisted hundreds of Floridians throughout Central Florida with their individual legal concerns.  Mr. Aouadi joined CAIR Florida’s Civil Rights Department to help protect the rights of all Americans regardless of color, creed, religious or political affiliation.
