Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact, greeting visitors and handling phone calls professionally.
- Manage office supplies, scheduling, and vendor relationships.
- Organize and maintain records, retrieve information, and track action items.
- Provide administrative support for meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
- Assist with HR functions, including onboarding and compliance.
- Ensure office operations run efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and administrative tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior administrative or HR experience is a plus.
