We are seeking a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to provide essential support to our team and help maintain an efficient office environment. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, organized professional who thrives in a dynamic setting and enjoys engaging with people.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact, greeting visitors and handling phone calls professionally.
  • Manage office supplies, scheduling, and vendor relationships.
  • Organize and maintain records, retrieve information, and track action items.
  • Provide administrative support for meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
  • Assist with HR functions, including onboarding and compliance.
  • Ensure office operations run efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all administrative tasks.

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and administrative tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior administrative or HR experience is a plus.
  • Professional demeanor and commitment to confidentiality.

Physical Requirements
